- the prices listed in the price list are valid for 2 people, for every additional person the price increases for the price of extra bed.
- a person or child without using an extra bed - to 4€ per day
- a child under 12 years old - discount by arrangment
- a child 12-18 years old - discount by arrangment
- all prices are in Euros
- sign in 2,5 € per person (a one-time basis)
- price of stay in our apartments for 1, 2 or 3 days increase for 30%
- for staying 14 days and more we give a discount - by arrangement
- residence tax is included in the price
- in July and August shift in the apartments is on Saturdays only
- pets 10€ per day
- air conditioning 7€ per day
- final cleaning is not included in the price and it is charged once, for Studio (2,4 and 6) 20€ and for the Apartments (1,3 and 5) 30€
- usage of the apartments will be charged for the entire booked period whithin first two days of stay
- if the guest decides to end his stay earlier the host reserves the right to the full amount of paid reservation
Imprtant:
Upon receiving a down payment of 30% of the arranged price on our bank account, we will confirm your reservation. Then, and only then, will your reservation become final. When we receive confirmation that you have indeed paid the above mentioned sum to our account, we will additionally inform you that we have made a reservation to your name.
